Since her early age, Tine has been passionate about movement. Over 15 years ago, she found yoga as an extension to her life as a dancer and is now teaching Yoga in the discipline of Ashtanga, Hatha and Vinyasa. She has a great deal of experience with working on balance, flexibility and strength. She is passionate about movement and the intention in and behind it.
Illona has been teaching yoga for over 6 years, she teaches her own blend of Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga as well as Restorative Yoga such as Yin yoga. She additionally has qualifications in Positive Psychology and Integrative Nutrition allowing a fuller spectrum of tools toward self-empowerment in all scopes of life. Since 2017 she creates spaces, mainly through yoga retreats, where people are invited to connect deeper and deeper to themselves and their body. Creating space to feel, see and acknowledge what is.
Arianna is passionate about personal development and oriental philosophies, especially Buddhism. Four years ago she added Yoga as part of her daily routine, and 2 years ago she became a teacher of Yoga following the Vinyasa Karma Method. “The real breakthrough happened when I discovered the teachings of Traditional Hatha Tantra Yoga, and I am now committed to spread the teachings of the Sri Vidya lineage and Himalayan masters mainly through private classes and personalized sadhana programs.”

A required deposit of 50% of the full amount is necessary in order to book your spot.
Cancellation
In the case of a cancellation of the retreat by the organizers the deposit amount will be refunded.
If you cancel later than 30 days before the arrival the amount will be kept as compensation for the cancellation.
This retreat is suitable for all levels of yoga experience, from beginners to advanced practitioners. The most important thing is your openness and willingness to connect with yourself.
The retreat will offer a mix of yoga styles, including Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin/Restorative. The focus will be on physical postures as well as meditation and breathwork.
The retreat will take place at the “Il Borgo Zen” holistic center, located in Val Taleggio (Italy) nestled amidst the breathtaking beauty of the Italian Alps.

By plane: To Bergamo airport (Orio al Serio)

By car: follow this direction Via Roma 110 – 24010 Olda, Taleggio – BG
By public transport: You can take the train to Bergamo and then hop into a bus line B40a and stop at Taleggio, Costa d’Olda which is the bus stop of the center.
You will indulge in delicious and nutritious vegetarian meals crafted by a dedicated Italian chef. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or preferences you have.
In late September and early October, you can expect warm sunny days and cooler evenings. It is advised to dress with layers to adapt to these changes.
While we highly recommend participating in all activities, rest assured that it is not mandatory. 🙂 We will be sharing valuable insights and practical knowledge, but the extent to which you deepen your practice is entirely up to you. As for the two daily yoga classes, you might think it sounds overwhelming, but fear not! We have meticulously planned each class to strike the perfect balance, catering to all levels of experience. Expect invigorating and energizing practices in the morning, followed by serene and calming Yin yoga classes in the afternoon.
Your retreat experience includes accommodation, all meals (brunch, snack, and dinner), two hours of daily yoga classes, engaging workshops, daily access to the spa, and various other activities.
